User Modifiable

The following limits can be configured from within the Auto211 automated ANI loading system, or by contacting an Auto211 representative:

  1. Lock exempt

Remove locking features on an ANI or complete site on a permanent basis or from 1-4 weeks. Lock exempt status will remove call completion limits and locks; care should be used to avoid excessive abuse.

  2. Full lock

The vendor can access the system and apply a full lock on a site which may be generating too many tickets or for any other reason. A full lock can be applied permanently or for 1-4 weeks.

  3. Partial lock

Allows the vendor to remove the call completion feature and only allow trouble ticket and refund for an ANI or site; also, permanently or from 1-4 weeks.

  4. Modify weekly courtesy call limit

The default courtesy call completion limit per site is set at 3 per week. Once this limit is reached, the site goes into a partial lock mode allowing trouble ticket and refunds only for a one week "probation" period. The user can modify the amount of calls per ANI or site per week to any amount desired.

  5. Email confirmation

All modifications generate an email confirmation to the vendor and the master with the specific information about the change made.

  6. Verify ANI status

The vendor can verify if an ANI has been loaded into the Auto211 system.

  7. Custom greeting

Callers will hear the name of your company when they call for Refund & Repair Services. A custom greeting is a standard option at no extra cost.
